Proconex Has Once Again Been Recognized as One of the Philadelphia Region’s Top Workplaces by The Philadelphia Inquirer
The Top Workplaces selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including engagement, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Proconex has been in business for over 70 years and has established a set of core values, many of which were referenced in the survey. Proconex employees feel a great sense of pride in the company’s commitment to its customers’ success, as well as the importance of conducting business with strong values and ethics.
The company continues to experience growth across all of its business areas, and actively recruits top candidates from employee referrals, social media, and traditional search methods. In addition, Proconex has a strong emphasis on talent development through its commitment to employee training and career planning along with its
internship and co-op programs.
Proconex provides employees with a range of opportunities to connect with each other and local communities through service and social experiences. Most notably this is accomplished through the Proconex Community program.
Proconex Community offers employees the opportunity to make a difference and give back to local communities through service projects and social experiences. The company partners with Fostering Hope, Toys for Tots, Preston's Pantry Project, Philadelphia Reads, and other organizations.
